The items are complete, and there are no visible damages on the parcel/ package. I have questions though, and as you can see from the pictures, I am not happy with what I received.\n\nMy laptop is 14 inches, and I did order for a \"14-inch\", but the product does not cover the keyboard completely. \n\nThe paper that is with the product is wrinkled, and the product itself has some blue stains on it, which might have been from paper.\n\nAlso, the brush doesn't look good. Why is it so?\n\nI feel like I could have received better products with my payment.
