This was supposed to be a christmas gift but ended up na inarbor ng brother & dad ko since they liked it that much 😂\n\nTried & Tested na din~ left tap water on it for like 30 mins and lukewarm na- left it for a few more mins & mainit na talaga! .... oks din naman to use it just to have ur drink still be hot even if u leave it be.

The Item was delivered speedily, I ordered yesterday and delivered after 24 hrs and I was happy. But when I opened it, I was sorely disappointed because the design was off center and the handle color was chipped. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but there was not enough time to have it changed. So, I tried going for a return/refund, writing a comment taking pictures and a video but when I tried to submit it. It said I have to receive the item first before I can submit the return/refund application, but when I received it, the option for return/refund is gone. I would not recommend buying from this seller because there is no chance of getting your money back, if there is something wrong with the product you ordered.

May mga damage ang cup at pad. Sira sira din ang box, hindi nakabalot ng maayos. ang bubble wrap ay sa labas ng box pero ang box ay yupi yupi at ang mug na nasa loob ng box ay hindi nakwrap kaya nagbabanggaan ang items kaya may mga basag. Isasaulu ko nga sana kaya lang, hindi ko naitago ang wrapper. Akala ko kasi maayos ang pakawrap kasi nung unang order ko, maganda ang paka wrap. Nakakainis, pangregalo ko pa naman sana.😤😢

I have bought a lot of this from different sellers. Due to issues with damaged packaging. And I have noticed that the green one always has the deformed/damaged box, might be just a coincidence but something to take note if you’re considering this as a gift.
