fake product. you cannot comprehend the instructions in broken english grammar and spelling. even the yale logo on the key is fake with curly letter L. missing yale logo on the knob. metal material is like a hologram susceptible to rust. even if the seller insists it is original i easily found it to be fake. with the very cheap price is enough to prove its a counterfeit product. buyers beware.
