Very effective in soothing my nipples. Nabawasan yung kirot caused by pumping. Medyo malakas lang yung amoy ng oil para sa akin compared to the previous brand na ginamit ko but it's tolerable and has definitely served its purpose.

100% I recommend this to all padede moms. I first tried the mini version of this just to check if the hype is worth it, and it did not disappoint! I wanted to but the Lansinoh nipple balm, but it’s too pricey and I heard nagkaka langgam pag di nastore ng maayos. This one is effective na din for its purpose.\n\nTip for padede moms, pag sobrang sakit na yung nipples niyo.. use your stored breastmilk kahit 1 small bag lang, gawin niyong pang cold compress, and then use that same bag thaw it in warm water. Then lagay niyo sa milk collector niyo or kahit cloth nalang isoak niyo sa warm milk then lagay niyo sa nipples niyo before maligo. Promise sobrang malaking relief, once ko lang nagawa yun pero di na nabalik pananakit sa nipples ko.
