This arrived in good condition and well packed. Funny lang though, the box was very big, I only ordered a shampoo haha! Anyway, been using the product for 2 days, haven't noticed any effects at this point if my hairfall has lessen, though I think it did by a little bit. I did notice though that my hair is softer, lesser tangles. And the shampoo smells really good! 😊 Will continue to observe maybe for a week to rrally see if it helped lessen the hairfall. Kerastase is really the best brand! Their products are effective, their packaging neat and superb, delivery time fast, their freebies over the top and always complete! The hair mask and the hot air brush are freebies. The cost of what I paid is almost the same cost as my freebies. No other brand compares!

Genesis really stinks, i hate the smell. it smells like an expired men’s perfume but it works. its the only shampoo i have tried that helped lessen my hairfall after giving birth. it also doesnt make my hair oily and my scalp itchy unlike Hask Biotin. I also tried the Densifique but Genesis is better for me. Densifique weighs my hair down and makes me feel like my head is heavy.

It was after I ordered when i found out that there are 2 variants for this shampoo. One for thin and the other for thick hair. I ordered the thick for my thin hair 🤦‍♀️ I messaged kerastase to ask for safety of usage despite my thin hair but i did not receive any response.

I love the masque version because it makes my dry and buhaghag hair smoother and better tamed with 2-3x a week usage. I actually had my first try of the masque through a freebie from a previous purchase also with Kerastase, and I came back to get the full sized pot and this matching shampoo since it’s sulfate free and good for my colored hair.
