The product looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was much smaller and of inferior quality, Terrible customer service. The product arrived damaged, and when I contacted support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. The material used is cheap and flimsy. The product broke within a week of use. Not worth the price, I tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but they never responded. It's frustrating and shows a lack of care for their customers. The package took twice as long to arrive, and when it did, the item was completely shattered due to inadequate packaging.The product looked nothing like the picture on the website. It was much smaller and of inferior quality. The website is slow and confusing. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and the checkout process was a nightmare.\n
