What Refund options do I have if I purchased using Lazada E-Wallet and initiated a returns or cancellation?

Any purchase made through the Lazada E-Wallet can only be refunded back to the same Lazada E-Wallet account. 

How long will it take before I get my refund?
It will take 24-48 hours for your refund to be reflected in your Lazada E-Wallet account after cancellation is finalized or returned item is received and processed in the Warehouse

I made a purchase worth ₱5,000 using my Lazada E-Wallet account ₱2,000 from Top/Up Deposited amount, ₱2,000 from Refunds and ₱1,000 from Rebates. How will it be refunded?
After return or cancellation is processed, any balance used from Deposited and Refunds amount via Lazada E-Wallet will automatically go to Refund balance in your E-Wallet account and any Rebates used will be credited back as Rebates with the original expiration date reflected. In this case, after the refund the balance will reflect as:
  • Refunds: + ₱4,000 (₱2,000 from Top Up/Deposited + ₱2,000 from Refunds)
  • Rebates: + ₱1,000

My refund balance is not available to make any purchase. What should I do?
Your refund coupon balance is most probably frozen. This happens if you place a withdrawal request (see Withdrawal FAQ). While Lazada is processing your withdrawal request, you are unable to use this balance for anything else.
